Thank you for shopping with Zynora Fusion. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final‑sale merchandise (marked “Final Sale”)
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (e.g., socks, underwear) if the hygienic seal is broken
  • Items damaged due to wear and tear after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email zynorafusion@gmail.com or use our contact +92 3477202223 form within 14 days.

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item name(s), size(s), and reason for return.

3. Return Authorization: Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

4. Ship It Back: Securely pack the item(s) and include your RA number on the outside of the package. Ship via a trackable carrier within 7 days of receiving your RA.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Zynora Fusion covers return shipping fees and will provide you with a prepaid return label.
  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, allow 5–7 business days for processing.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Partial Refunds: Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts may incur a restocking fee or partial refund.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To swap sizes or colors, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zynorafusion@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
