At Zynora Fusion, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
    • Your order was not delivered within the promised time frame.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with packaging and tags.

2.    🔄 Refund Process

  • Email us at zynorafusion@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and photo evidence if applicable.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or store credit.

3.    🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Underwear, personal wear, and final sale items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
  • Change of mind or size issues are not eligible for refunds (only for exchange, subject to availability).
