At Zynora Fusion, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
1. 💰 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- Your order was not delivered within the promised time frame.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with packaging and tags.
2. 🔄 Refund Process

- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or store credit.
3. 🚫 Non-Refundable Items
- Underwear, personal wear, and final sale items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
- Change of mind or size issues are not eligible for refunds (only for exchange, subject to availability).
